The village lies about a mile from Amersham with its main line station serving London Baker Street and the City by Metropolitan Line Underground service and to London Marylebone by Chiltern Railways diesel service. Beaconsfield, again with a main line station serving Marylebone, is about four miles distant and also has a junction of the M.40 Motorway which connects to the M.25 at Denham and to Heathrow Airport.
The Land The land slopes towards New Road, the main entrance to the land being gated from the road. There is one other entrance to the land also off New Road. There are some fine views over open country from the site. Water is laid onto the site. The land is divided into three main areas interlinked with each other. The land is designated as being in the Green Belt and in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
