The Property
The site is considered suitable for a variety of uses but in particular for a care home, especially in view of a forthcoming government White Paper which in essence is a Care in the Community funding bill. Sites particularly lying close to residential properties are in good demand. The main attraction is the closeness to Amersham Old Town.
