About the property

The land is situated just outside the village of Prestwood and close to a popular garden produce shop. The busy village shopping centre is just under a mile. Great Missenden Station is about 2 miles distant with a service of trains by Chiltern Railways to London Marylebone.

At present the land is in the Green Belt and An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The site is heavily treed but we are not aware of any Tree Preservation Orders.

As far as we are aware there is no history of planning applications being made on the site.

Subject to planning the site would be suitable for a variety of uses but could also be used for a burial ground, timber yard, or anything associated with agriculture or forestry.

There is a footpath that runs through part of the site close to the right hand boundary. Electricity and water are available.
